SHINFIELD RANGERS FC – 41 YEARS OF FOOTBALL IN THE COMMUNITY
Unfortunately, this is a much shorter report than usual, simply because the weather has been appalling and the Club has had little or no use of Millworth Lane for the past 10 weeks.
It’s been the same for the majority of football clubs in the South of England and all Leagues are reporting a huge backlog of un-played fixtures.
I would like to thank all of our parents and children for their patience during the last few weeks. I know it is frustrating for the children and young adults playing for the Club and also for the parents too.
I am hoping that we’ll all be playing again very soon.
One big thank you to Shaun Tuggey – Shaun has been working hard to reduce the damage to the pitches from all the rain and he alone will be the reason why (if the rain holds off), we can play some matches at Millworth in February.
