Shinfield Rangers FC, who are part of the Berkshire Heroes campaign, are extremely proud to have been shortlisted for two GBA Awards for 2020! Community Club of the Year and Youth Engagement Project of the Year Awards. The Engagement Project is for our Bobicats disability football sessions for 5-12 year-olds. This is the second year in a row that we have reached the shortlist, with us winning both Berks & Bucks FA Awards in 2019.
In the end we were runners up for both categories, so received Highly Commended Awards. Still, it was a fantastic achievement considering that the Awards covered all types sport and activities in Berkshire and Shinfield Rangers were the only organisation to have been nominated for two of them.
