Presentation Day is coming on July 24th!

Agenda July 24th 2016

• The venue is our Home ground at Millworth Lane, Shinfield
• Gates open for general public 11 am -4pm. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to come. This is a community fun event as well as the club presentation day.
• All child members must arrive by 11:30 am wearing their team kit. Parents, please be aware that it might take a while to park.
• Main presentation 12 -1 pm
• Team photos 1 -1:30 pm

Activities

• Large Bouncy Castle
•  Ice Cream Van
•  BBQ
•  Raffle

Football

• pitches will be marked out and a format for their use will be planned nearer the time but all are encouraged to get involved.
• Other areas will be available for the kids to kick a ball about

Parking

Please try to avoid parking in the lane. Leave it for folk with accessibility problems and use the car park on the Green instead. DO NOT PARK on the section between the lane and the pavilion which needs to be clear for organisers.

Weather

Fingers crossed the weather is good. Remember the children will be outside for much of the day so if it is even just a little sunny please consider using lots of sun cream and wear hats etc. There will be space to bring gazebos, chairs etc if you want to keep out of the weather or chill out.
