St Mary’s, in Church Lane, will be decorated not by one but many Christmas trees for its annual Christmas Tree Festival on the weekend before the big day.
As always Shinfield Rangers FC, with the help of Sarah Tuckwell our U12 Girls team manager, has a football themed tree to look out for at the festival.
Entry to this fun event is open to all and is free, although donations will be welcomed and there will be refreshments available for visitors..
It is open on Saturday, December 19 from 10am to 5pm and from 11am to 6pm on Sunday, December 20.
A carols by candlelight service takes place at the church on the Sunday from 6.30pm.
