Thanks to the brilliant weather and our even more brilliant SSE Wildcats, all had an amazing time at our Wildcats Festival on 30th June.
As well as our usual coaches we had excellent support from several extra coaches who helped throughout the day, plus outstanding support from some of our older children who refereed and acted as referee’s assistants. Many thanks to all concerned, to the parents who helped with the much needed refreshments on such a hot day, and to Biffa for providing the waste bins for cleaning up the resulting mess :).
Thanks also to Berks and Bucks FA for providing funding for the event, along with SSE and the FA who helped us set up our Wildcats Centre and provided us with much appreciate support over the past few months.
But most of all, thanks to the girls and their parents for helping make Wildcats and the Festival such enjoyable experiences for all concerned.
On a personal note, it was really nice for me to step back from coaching my usual group of lovely girls so that I could see how much all the other girls have been been having fun too :).
